Account Deletion

Your rights

You can ask us to delete all data which we have collected about you. There are some exceptions to this, including where your data has been anonymised or we are required to keep data for legal reasons.

We only keep data which is associated with you when you have an account in one of our apps. This data is deleted when you delete your account. You do not need to take any other action.

Deleting your account

All of our apps allow you to delete your account directly from within the app. This is fastest and easiest way to delete your account, as we can delete your data instantly and do not need to verify your identity.

Please note that in some products, you are not able to delete your account while entitled to subscription benefits. You can cancel your subscription and delete your account after your subscription benefits have expired. This is to comply with the terms of the app store where you purchased your subscription.

Request account deletion

If you are no longer using the app, or are unable to delete your account from within the app, you can request we delete your account for you. Please note that we will need to verify your identity before we can delete your account. We will process your request as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 30 days for us to complete your request.
